To place an order please use the PayPal checkout service on our website. PayPal requires no sign up and you can pay with credit card or direct transfer from your bank account. Please note that we do not have access to any of your financial information. For more information about their service, visit www.paypal.com.


Please fill out all necessary delivery information including the recipient’s name, delivery address, and special message for the gift tag. If you require more space for messages or need to send us any other special instructions (including requesting a specific delivery date), please email us at greatgifts@manbaskets.net or call 204.798.6976.


To avoid disappointment, please place your order as early as possible, especially during the busy times around Father’s Day and Christmas.


Occasionally, due to high demand or supply shortage, we must make substitutions for some of the contents in our baskets. We will always replace an item with one or more of equal or greater value - or deliciousness. Please contact us if you have any concerns about any product.


For custom orders, we will email you a PayPal invoice once we have confirmed all the details of the order.


Orders will only be delivered after we receive confirmation that the payment has been processed.


Our prices include taxes and delivery in Winnipeg, Manitoba, or within 5 kms of the city. For delivery to other locations please call 204.798.6976 or email us for options and charges.


Deliveries take place between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. We will deliver on Saturday by request. Please provide your preferred delivery date and time in your special instructions and we will provide confirmation within 24 hours.


As our baskets are comprised mainly of gourmet food items, we will not drop off baskets if there is no one to take receipt. If you want the basket left in a front porch or otherwise unattended you must specifically state your instructions in writing. In such circumstances, the purchaser assumes all responsibility for the condition of the basket and no refunds or exchanges will be available.


If we are required to attempt a second delivery, an additional delivery charge may be applied.
