We take a lot of pride in our products and think that our ManBaskets are pretty awesome, but if you disagree, please phone us at 204.798.6976 or email us at greatgifts@manbaskets.net and voice your concerns. We are happy to replace damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery (just don’t try the old “bag of jerky was already empty” ploy!).


Due to health and safety concerns, our food baskets are non-returnable. Any refunds or price adjustments will only be made between ManBaskets and the purchaser.


Occasionally, due to high demand or supply shortage, we must make substitutions for some of the contents in our baskets. We will always replace an item with one or more of equal or greater value - or deliciousness. Please contact us if you have any concerns about any product.


If you are interested in re-using a crate you have already purchased, please phone and we can make arrangements for a refill!
